LEDR Technologies is a Singaporean company helping customers make data-driven decisions through collective intelligence. Its technology creates real-time digital twins without moving, replicating or centralising data, connecting knowledge securely and privately under policies set by its owners. We designed and built a native CRM application and a hospitality sales dashboard.

What we did
The CRM work began with the way people needed to navigate and complete tasks. We translated those needs into app workflows and UX/UI design, with single sign-on incorporated into the access experience.
Alongside the native application, we collaborated with LEDR on a dashboard for one of Asia’s largest hotel groups. It presented sales breakdowns by guests, order types and locations, bringing several views of the business into an interface for reviewing performance.
LEDR’s wider platform connects current and future systems without requiring migrations simply to access the value of older data. Our application and dashboard work addressed the user-facing side: intuitive CRM tasks, single sign-on and clear views of sales information, shaped around the people using those tools.
